  もともと通信業界に興味があり、サービス企画を通じてKDDIや業界への理解を深めたいと思ったことがきっかけです。特に通信大手3社は企業理念や社風に明確な違いがあるので、社員の方やインターン選考を通過した学生の雰囲気からどのような人材が求められているのかを知りたいと考えました。また、単にサービスを企画するだけではなく通信技術の視点から実現性を考えながら話し合い、発表するという内容にも魅力を感じました。</p>

  ES：志望理由・これまでの成果物について・アプリケーションの開発経験・情報工学の内容について学んだ経験があるか、<span class="hide_box_4">。
  面接：書類選考通過後、マイページ上で電話面接の予約を行う。15~20分ほどの人事による面接。質問内容は、志望動機・学生時代に最も頑張ったこと・逆質問。</p>
  
  <h3 class="toc_anchor" id="p06">インターンシップで体験した仕事内容</h3>

  商品・サービス企画(PBL)体験コース
  
  6人×4チームで「世の中を変える通信技術を利用した新しいモビリティサービス」を企画し、最終日にプレゼン発表を行った。
  私たちのチームは、自動運転車が普及する前の段階において、コネクティッドカー(インターネット接続機能を持つ車)同士を通信でつなげ、快適な旅行を実現するサービスを企画・提案した。初日にKDDIの持つ通信技術や取り組んでいる事業・企業理念などの説明があり、プレゼンのコツやサービス企画についての講義を受ける。チームビルディングを行い、本格的にサービスの企画を練っていくのは2日目になる。3日目の午前に参加学生のみのプレ発表と質疑応答を行う。その後、資料の訂正しや発表練習のあと、社員10名ほどの前でプレゼンをしフィードバックをもらって終了となる。インターンシップ終了後、社員交流会がある。全体を通して非常に頭を使う内容であり、参加している学生も理系の院生が多いためレベルの高いディスカッションが経験できる。</p>
  <h3 class="toc_anchor" id="p07">インターンシップで得たものや成長できた点</h3>

  ・商品企画やサービス企画において、アイデアベースの話題性だけではなく、よりよい社会につなげる社会性をもった内容にすることが重要だと感じた。
  ・ディスカッションの中では発想を広げて独自性を追求していくことが重要だが、プレゼンにおいては、それを収束に向けてまとめていくという作業が必要になる。これらを限られた時間で、いかに効率的に行うのかというところに難しさを感じた。
  ・企画の内容だけでなくプレゼンの技術も重要であることを学んだ。特徴やビジョン、ターゲットが明確に伝わる発表にするには、キーワードを定める必要がある。また、ただ情報を伝えるだけではなく聞き手側がイメージしやすい内容にすることが課題だと感じた。</p>

  KDDIの複数日程のインターンシップは参加人数の枠が少なく倍率が高いので、書類選考の段階で相当数絞られると思う。電話面接まで進んだ場合は、短い時間で熱意やチームでの活動経験をアピールすることが重要である。参加している学生は人柄が良く優秀な学生が多く、通信や情報工学を専攻している学生の割合が高かった。また、関東だけでなく全国各地から参加している学生も何人かいたので、地方の学生も諦めずに挑戦してほしい。</span></p><?php  echo $this->element('column_company_link'); ?>

  モビリティを豊かにするような新規事業の創造ワークを3日間かけてグループで行いました。事業創造に関してはPBL(Problem Based Learning)形式で学びました。全体の流れとしては、企業のビジョンや取り組んでいる事業、今後のモビリティ(自動運転など)の変化などについて座学を行い、初日は、事業創造の練習として、1時間程度で架空の案件を解決するためのソリューションをグループで話し合い、発表を行ないました。そして初日の後半から2日間かけて企業の強みを活かしたモビリティを豊かにする事業創造をグループごとに行ないました。何度か進捗を全体に発表する機会が設けられており、そこで社員さんから意見をいただいて改善していく流れでした。最終日は、グループで提案する事業をスライドにまとめ、インターンシップ担当の社員さんの前で発表し、フィードバックをいただき、そのフィードバックを参考に修正を行い、最後に様々な部署の社員さんの前で発表を行ないました。

  事業創造に関する進め方に関する経験と企業が取り組む事業や問題に関する知識を得ることができ、グループにおける自分の立ち回り方や話のまとめかたや進行について学ぶことができました。何より3日間楽しんで本気で取り組むことができたのがよかったです。事業創造に関する進め方を学んだことで、他社のインターンでのグループワークや選考でのグループディスカッションでも上手く立ち回ることができ、グループとしても満足のできるものに仕上げることができました。社員さんも親身になって学生の質問に答えてくださり、アドバイスをしていただけたので本当に満足のいく内容でした。</p>

  面接まで進むのにも高い倍率が予想されるので、しっかりとESを記入しWebテストに臨みましょう。成果物など技術的な経験に関して記入する欄があり、そこを記入した方が有利になると思うので、早い段階で授業や研究以外にも取り組んでおいた方がいいと思います。<br>
  面接では、話す内容を暗記するのではなく自分の言葉で自分の考えを話せるように心がけましょう。面接官の方も楽しい雰囲気で話を引き出してくれるので、明るくハキハキと伝えたいことを話しましょう。</span></p>

  大学に在学する内定者からの招待でインターンに申し込み，参加したため，<span class="hide_box_4">インターンに参加するにあたり，エントリーシートの提出や，面接の実施等は行われなかった．インターンに参加していた社員は全員で4人で技術系の方であった．

  <p class="column-p">
  1dayインターンシップで体験した内容としては，2時間程度会社の概要説明と社員さんが普段どのような仕事を行っているのかという話をお聞きした．その後4人1組のチームを組み，「通信と○○を組合わせたワクワクするような新規事業の提案」が課題として与えられ，アイデアソンを行った．ワークの時間制約が非常にタイトなものであったため，ホワイトボードや社員さんの助けを刈りながら，案をまとめ，最終的には模造紙にチームの提案概要をまとめ，他チームに発表するという形のワークであった．難しかった点としては，チーム内の4人が全く大学の専攻も異なり，考え方も違ったため，限られた時間内で案をまとめるという作業が非常に難しかった．また，最終的な案の発表時間も短かったため，限られた時間内で聞き手に自分のチームの提案概要を伝える必要があり，簡潔に伝えるのがいかに難しいかを実感するワークであった．1dayのインターンであったが，企業で企画提案がどのように行われているのかを学ぶことができた．</p>

  インターンシップを通じて得たものとしては，アイデアソンが始めてであったため，企業で行う企画・提案の難しさを目の当たりにした．私は上流工程である企画・提案の仕事を行いたいと考えていたため，とても良い経験となった．また，複数の人の意見を限られた時間内で纏め上げ，発表するということの難しさを知った．複数の人の意見をまとめるためには4Pや3C，SWOT分析などのフレームワークを使用して，もれなく，ダブりなく，意見をまとめる必要があると感じた．</p>

  もともととても興味のある会社で、夏にインターンシップに行こうとしていたのですが、日程が合わず行くことができませんでした。その後、大学の企業説明会に来てくださったことがきっかけでした。何10社と、大学に説明に来てくださったのですが、その中で興味のある数社のインターンに行くことにしました。この会社もその一つです。また、この会社については先輩がおり、企業の中の情報は聞くことができていたので、1dayのインターンにすることにしました。</p>

  インターンシップは1日間行なわれました。全体的なスケジュールとしては、以下の通りです。会社説明会→グループワーク→フィードバックの順です。午前中から夕方にかけて行われました。まず、会社や企業についての説明を受けました。ここでは、私が知っていた会社の情報に加えて新しい内容がたくさん聞けて、とても勉強になったと思います。ホームページに書いてある内容もありましたが、新しい内容の方が多かったと思います。その後、グループワークに移りました。決められたチームで行動しながら与えられたテーマをこなしていきました。グループワークの時間がとても短くかなり大変な思いをしましたが何とか進めることができました。その後、社員さんからのフィードバックの時間が設けられており、そこでかなり細かいフィードバックを受けることができました。また、その後（夕方くらい）社員さんとの座談会が用意されており、仕事内容や働き方について伺うことができました。</p>

  今回のインターンシップを通して、特に成長したと思うのは、この会社についての細かい知識です（どんな仕事をしているかだけでなく、何を目標としているのかなど）。私はもともとこの会社に興味があり、事前にたくさんリサーチしていたのですが、今回のインターンで新しく知ることが多く、本選考などでも聞かれそうな内容を学ぶ機会になりました。インターンに参加したからこそ聞ける情報が多く、とても良い経験になったと思います。

  第一志望はKDDIではありませんでしたが、通信業界の業界研究や起業後との強みや社風の違いを理解するために参加しました。<br>
  四季報や業界地図、インターネットで情報を集めるよりもインターンシップに参加する方が正確な情報を効率的に集められると考えました。<br>
  また私の時のKDDIの1Dayインターンシップは、選考がなく抽選だったため気軽にエントリーすることができました。</p>

  KDDIが業界でどういう位置なのか、強みは何なのかなど企業や業界に関することを簡単に調べました。</p>

  エントリーシートや面接はありませんでした。<br>
  複数の日程の中から一つを選び、<span class="hide_box_4">あとは企業側の抽選によって参加者が選ばれるというような形式でした。<br>
  参加者が本当に抽選で選ばれているかは不明ですが、周りの学生の多くはMARCHや早慶、国立大学でした。

  始めにKDDIに関する会社説明がありました。時期が就活本番よりも早い時期だったため、KDDIだけでなく業界全体に関する説明もありました。その後に、複数名の社員が登壇してパネルディスカッションがありました。パネルディスカッションでは、学生側からの質問も受け付けていただく時間もありました。<br>
  その後、各グループでアイスブレイクをした後に、半日ほどでグループディスカッションを行いました。内容は「auショップの売り上げを上げるために、どのような施策をとるべきか」というものです。グループは6人1グループでした。またグループディスカッションの後にはプレゼンの時間があり、全てのチームが発表をするのではなく、有志でプレゼンを行っていました。特に順位付けなどはなく、発表したチームの考えた施策に対して、実際に働いている社員からフィードバックがあるといった形でした。また、それぞれのグループごとに社員からフィードバックがあるわけではなく、各班で反省を行うというような形式でした。

  このインターンシップで最も得られたことは、業界及びKDDIに関する業界・企業理解です。開催時期が3年の12月だったため、まだ業界や企業に関する理解が深くありませんでした。その時期に業界に関する説明を手厚く行ってくれたので、業界理解に大変役立ちました。<br>
  またグループディスカッションも行われたので、12月という比較的早い時期からグループディスカッションに慣れるよい機会となりました。ただし、社員からのフィードバックがないので、反省点などは自分で考えなければならない点は少し残念に感じました。</p>

  特に通信業界に興味がないとしても、とりあえず知っている会社だから参加するという理由でもよいと思います。<br>
  時期も就活を始めるタイミングとしてちょうど良いと思いますので。<br>
  おまけにグループディスカッションも経験できるので、まだグループディスカッションをやったことがない人も参加してみると良い経験になると思います。

  理系の学部のためもともとITに興味を持っていた。ITの中でもキャリアを扱っている会社は昔から馴染みがあったため行ってみようと思った。また、携帯以外にも幅広い事業を展開していると聞いて、どんなことをやっているのか、働きかたはどうなのか興味を持ったため参加を決めた。決め手としては、現場配属型だったので、社員さんとの交流が計れる、仕事について詳しく知れると思ったからだ。また、選考の過程の中では面接もあるため、早い時期に面接練習ができると思い、受けた。</p>

  面接はESを元に進められた。面接官は２人で、<span class="hide_box_4">面接官が気になったポイントを質問される感じで進められた。内容よりも印象やコミュニケーション能力を見ている感じだった。</p>
  
  <h3 class="toc_anchor" id="p61">インターンシップで体験した仕事内容</h3>
  <p class="column-p">
  各部署にインターン生が配属される。部署は自分では決められないため、会社から指定される。最初は人事からの説明や会社についての説明を受ける。その後は部署の社員の方がつきっきりで指導してくれる。業務内容は各部署によってまちまちだが、インターン生で新規企画を考えたり、実際の会議に参加したり、充実した５日間だった。営業コースだったので、実際に新規企画をインターン生で考えたり、会議、外回りについて行ったりした。最終日には懇談会やそれまでの成果発表会もあり、社員さんとの交流は十分に取れた。毎日のランチも一緒にとってくれ、最終日には部署の方とも懇親会をした。そのため、会社についての知識は人一倍しれたと思う。５日間という短い間ではあるが、実際の業務を目で見たり、体験したり、一日の流れを見ることができるので、とても充実していた。実際に部署に配属されるので、雰囲気を感じることができた。人事の方との交流はそんなになかったが、社員さんとの交流はたくさんあったので、オススメです。

  会社の知識、仕事内容、この二つが一番学べたことだと思う。社員さんとの交流をへて、インターン生ならではの会社のことを知れたと思う。また、業務をまじかで見ることができるので、1日をどのように働いているのか、どんなことをやっているのかを学ぶことができた。成長できた点としては、発表があったのでプレゼン力や、新規サービスの立案を行ったので、サービス企画を提案するスキルを得ることができた。チームで動くことが多かったので、コミュニケーションスキルや提案力が試されたし、レベルの高い学生ばかりだったので刺激を受けました。</p>

  もともと通信業界に興味があり、サービス企画を通じてKDDIや業界への理解を深めたいと思ったことがきっかけです。特に通信大手3社は企業理念や社風に明確な違いがあるので、社員の方やインターン選考を通過した学生の雰囲気からどのような人材が求められているのかを知りたいと考えました。また、単にサービスを企画するだけではなく通信技術の視点から実現性を考えながら話し合い、発表するという内容にも魅力を感じました。</p>

  面接：書類選考通過後、マイページ上で電話面接の予約を行う。15~20分ほどの人事による面接。質問内容は、志望動機・学生時代に最も頑張ったこと・逆質問。</p>

  6人×4チームで「世の中を変える通信技術を利用した新しいモビリティサービス」を企画し、最終日にプレゼン発表を行った。
  私たちのチームは、自動運転車が普及する前の段階において、コネクティッドカー(インターネット接続機能を持つ車)同士を通信でつなげ、快適な旅行を実現するサービスを企画・提案した。初日にKDDIの持つ通信技術や取り組んでいる事業・企業理念などの説明があり、プレゼンのコツやサービス企画についての講義を受ける。チームビルディングを行い、本格的にサービスの企画を練っていくのは2日目になる。3日目の午前に参加学生のみのプレ発表と質疑応答を行う。その後、資料の訂正しや発表練習のあと、社員10名ほどの前でプレゼンをしフィードバックをもらって終了となる。インターンシップ終了後、社員交流会がある。全体を通して非常に頭を使う内容であり、参加している学生も理系の院生が多いためレベルの高いディスカッションが経験できる。</p>

  ・商品企画やサービス企画において、アイデアベースの話題性だけではなく、よりよい社会につなげる社会性をもった内容にすることが重要だと感じた。
  ・ディスカッションの中では発想を広げて独自性を追求していくことが重要だが、プレゼンにおいては、それを収束に向けてまとめていくという作業が必要になる。これらを限られた時間で、いかに効率的に行うのかというところに難しさを感じた。
  ・企画の内容だけでなくプレゼンの技術も重要であることを学んだ。特徴やビジョン、ターゲットが明確に伝わる発表にするには、キーワードを定める必要がある。また、ただ情報を伝えるだけではなく聞き手側がイメージしやすい内容にすることが課題だと感じた。</p>

  モビリティを豊かにするような新規事業の創造ワークを3日間かけてグループで行いました。事業創造に関してはPBL(Problem Based Learning)形式で学びました。全体の流れとしては、企業のビジョンや取り組んでいる事業、今後のモビリティ(自動運転など)の変化などについて座学を行い、初日は、事業創造の練習として、1時間程度で架空の案件を解決するためのソリューションをグループで話し合い、発表を行ないました。そして初日の後半から2日間かけて企業の強みを活かしたモビリティを豊かにする事業創造をグループごとに行ないました。何度か進捗を全体に発表する機会が設けられており、そこで社員さんから意見をいただいて改善していく流れでした。最終日は、グループで提案する事業をスライドにまとめ、インターンシップ担当の社員さんの前で発表し、フィードバックをいただき、そのフィードバックを参考に修正を行い、最後に様々な部署の社員さんの前で発表を行ないました。

  1dayインターンシップで体験した内容としては，2時間程度会社の概要説明と社員さんが普段どのような仕事を行っているのかという話をお聞きした．その後4人1組のチームを組み，「通信と○○を組合わせたワクワクするような新規事業の提案」が課題として与えられ，アイデアソンを行った．ワークの時間制約が非常にタイトなものであったため，ホワイトボードや社員さんの助けを刈りながら，案をまとめ，最終的には模造紙にチームの提案概要をまとめ，他チームに発表するという形のワークであった．難しかった点としては，チーム内の4人が全く大学の専攻も異なり，考え方も違ったため，限られた時間内で案をまとめるという作業が非常に難しかった．また，最終的な案の発表時間も短かったため，限られた時間内で聞き手に自分のチームの提案概要を伝える必要があり，簡潔に伝えるのがいかに難しいかを実感するワークであった．1dayのインターンであったが，企業で企画提案がどのように行われているのかを学ぶことができた．</p>

  インターンシップを通じて得たものとしては，アイデアソンが始めてであったため，企業で行う企画・提案の難しさを目の当たりにした．私は上流工程である企画・提案の仕事を行いたいと考えていたため，とても良い経験となった．また，複数の人の意見を限られた時間内で纏め上げ，発表するということの難しさを知った．複数の人の意見をまとめるためには4Pや3C，SWOT分析などのフレームワークを使用して，もれなく，ダブりなく，意見をまとめる必要があると感じた．</p>

  インターンシップは1日間行なわれました。全体的なスケジュールとしては、以下の通りです。会社説明会→グループワーク→フィードバックの順です。午前中から夕方にかけて行われました。まず、会社や企業についての説明を受けました。ここでは、私が知っていた会社の情報に加えて新しい内容がたくさん聞けて、とても勉強になったと思います。ホームページに書いてある内容もありましたが、新しい内容の方が多かったと思います。その後、グループワークに移りました。決められたチームで行動しながら与えられたテーマをこなしていきました。グループワークの時間がとても短くかなり大変な思いをしましたが何とか進めることができました。その後、社員さんからのフィードバックの時間が設けられており、そこでかなり細かいフィードバックを受けることができました。また、その後（夕方くらい）社員さんとの座談会が用意されており、仕事内容や働き方について伺うことができました。</p>

  始めにKDDIに関する会社説明がありました。時期が就活本番よりも早い時期だったため、KDDIだけでなく業界全体に関する説明もありました。その後に、複数名の社員が登壇してパネルディスカッションがありました。パネルディスカッションでは、学生側からの質問も受け付けていただく時間もありました。<br>
  その後、各グループでアイスブレイクをした後に、半日ほどでグループディスカッションを行いました。内容は「auショップの売り上げを上げるために、どのような施策をとるべきか」というものです。グループは6人1グループでした。またグループディスカッションの後にはプレゼンの時間があり、全てのチームが発表をするのではなく、有志でプレゼンを行っていました。特に順位付けなどはなく、発表したチームの考えた施策に対して、実際に働いている社員からフィードバックがあるといった形でした。また、それぞれのグループごとに社員からフィードバックがあるわけではなく、各班で反省を行うというような形式でした。

  このインターンシップで最も得られたことは、業界及びKDDIに関する業界・企業理解です。開催時期が3年の12月だったため、まだ業界や企業に関する理解が深くありませんでした。その時期に業界に関する説明を手厚く行ってくれたので、業界理解に大変役立ちました。<br>
  またグループディスカッションも行われたので、12月という比較的早い時期からグループディスカッションに慣れるよい機会となりました。ただし、社員からのフィードバックがないので、反省点などは自分で考えなければならない点は少し残念に感じました。</p>

  理系の学部のためもともとITに興味を持っていた。ITの中でもキャリアを扱っている会社は昔から馴染みがあったため行ってみようと思った。また、携帯以外にも幅広い事業を展開していると聞いて、どんなことをやっているのか、働きかたはどうなのか興味を持ったため参加を決めた。決め手としては、現場配属型だったので、社員さんとの交流が計れる、仕事について詳しく知れると思ったからだ。また、選考の過程の中では面接もあるため、早い時期に面接練習ができると思い、受けた。</p>

  <h3 class="toc_anchor" id="p60">ES、面接の内容</h3>
  <p class="column-p">
  ESは志望理由と学生時代頑張ったこと。
  面接はESを元に進められた。面接官は２人で、<span class="hide_box_4">面接官が気になったポイントを質問される感じで進められた。内容よりも印象やコミュニケーション能力を見ている感じだった。</p>
  
  <h3 class="toc_anchor" id="p61">インターンシップで体験した仕事内容</h3>
  <p class="column-p">
  各部署にインターン生が配属される。部署は自分では決められないため、会社から指定される。最初は人事からの説明や会社についての説明を受ける。その後は部署の社員の方がつきっきりで指導してくれる。業務内容は各部署によってまちまちだが、インターン生で新規企画を考えたり、実際の会議に参加したり、充実した５日間だった。営業コースだったので、実際に新規企画をインターン生で考えたり、会議、外回りについて行ったりした。最終日には懇談会やそれまでの成果発表会もあり、社員さんとの交流は十分に取れた。毎日のランチも一緒にとってくれ、最終日には部署の方とも懇親会をした。そのため、会社についての知識は人一倍しれたと思う。５日間という短い間ではあるが、実際の業務を目で見たり、体験したり、一日の流れを見ることができるので、とても充実していた。実際に部署に配属されるので、雰囲気を感じることができた。人事の方との交流はそんなになかったが、社員さんとの交流はたくさんあったので、オススメです。

  会社の知識、仕事内容、この二つが一番学べたことだと思う。社員さんとの交流をへて、インターン生ならではの会社のことを知れたと思う。また、業務をまじかで見ることができるので、1日をどのように働いているのか、どんなことをやっているのかを学ぶことができた。成長できた点としては、発表があったのでプレゼン力や、新規サービスの立案を行ったので、サービス企画を提案するスキルを得ることができた。チームで動くことが多かったので、コミュニケーションスキルや提案力が試されたし、レベルの高い学生ばかりだったので刺激を受けました。</p>

  参加した後はIT業界に興味を持った。インターンでITの幅広さと、将来性を感じたため、IT業界に興味を持った。その中でも通信業界はなくてはならない存在で、今後もどんどん進化していくと考え、通信業界に興味を持った。</p>

  レベルの高い学生が多く、理系の学生が多かった。でも、刺激をたくさん受けることができるし、この会社に入りたいと思える新ターンなので、ぜひ参加して見て欲しいです。社員さんもとても優しく、いい方ばかりなので、オススメです。今まで知らなかった会社の仕事内容だったり、強みだったり、弱みまで知ることができるので、面接で使えます。また、社員さんとの懇談会では、本当にたくさんのかたとお話することができたので、いいきっかけになります。インターン生はとても少ないので、人事や社員さんにも覚えられると思います。</span></p>
